The Oriole that is. Bight orange and beautiful the Bullocks Oriole. Who can resist that goatee and the Zoroesque mask. We typically see hundreds of Oriole nest in the winter and early spring but only catch a rare glimpse of the maker. This year we were lucky and got several nice opportunities.
My favorite colors
It is hard to top that bright orange contrasting with that touch of black. Nice colors indeed.
What a great looking bird. I have never seen one of those!
Hi, they are pretty cool looking birds and ones we know are around but have a difficult time seeing. They usually arrive just after the trees are fully leafed out making them difficult to spot.
Woah! Incredible capture! Strong work.
Thanks.
