Water from the melting snowfields behind and glaciers calving in the distance help keep the fjords full of water on a cloudy midsummer day near the Karale glacier in eastern Greenland.

I love old rocks. They seem to be sitting there watching the landscape around them change over time. Really nice shot!

  Thanks, the geology in Greenland is amazing and these are indeed very old rocks which have seen so much and they are willing to tell you a story if you listen.
