Their yellow flashes in the sunlight would be very eye catching. Our goldfinches give the same displays.

HI Jim, they are eye catching even when hidden in the willows they like to frequent. We don’t have Goldfinches very often but when we do they are indeed similar. Hope your week is off to a fine start.
