The lens was a nikon 70-300 which we use while walking without a tripod. I will have to go back and look up the other settings. Probably taken on shutter priority with shutter speed greater than 1/500.

Great picture. I was in the chicks looking for warblers and juncos the other day. They avoided me well and kept mocking me.
