I love that the reflection is clear enough to pick up the beautiful texture of the breast feathers, and how the water acts as a canvas that’s ALMOST perfectly blank: makes for an excellent portrait.

HI Andrea, it is always a treat when the water is so still it does act as that blank canvas without ripples and such. Although the ripple reflections are sometimes fun as well. Well, heck either way duck and water all just seem so good together. Wishing you a wonderful week.
