Up To Cinnamon
Not a cloud in the sky, the air crisp yet warm and a touch of fall color on the mountainside. Couldn’t ask for a better day. Looking up to the summit of Cinnamon Mountain in Central Colorado.

Not a fish eyed lens but a lens trying to be a fish eye. Seeing things differently…easier said than done..but always worth the effort.
A Blur
Bees still buzzing but the thistle has gone to seed. Sometimes summer seems a blur. Fall is in the air.
Singing Softly
On an early fall afternoon a rain shower passes as purple mountains softly sing.
Although it’s hard to see, aspens tress are already turning color high up on this peak. Where did summer go? Crested Butte, CO.
Endless Summer
In a landscape that sometimes seems endless summer is coming to an end. The grass is going to seed. The flow in the stream has become lazy and the nights just a bit cooler.
Islet and Fog
Something about fog brings out the quiet in the landscape so much so that sometimes all I want to do is sit and watch the quiet. Photographed while kayaking past one of the innumerable small islets along the west coast of Vancouver Island on a foggy and rainy morning. August, 2015.
