The trees, mountains and sky use a small pond near Yule Pass in CO to reflect upon themselves. Nature is a mirror we can use to see ourselves more clearly.

Snow is in the forecast this weekend so I better post this before they are all gone. Beautiful fall aspens doing what aspens do. Have a great weekend.

I went to Greenland to kayak and view icebergs and came back in awe of the geology. Every mountain peak seems to have veins of minerals and variations in colors that are jaw dropping. Note to self: next time bring a geologist.

Night in Greenland was defined by the sun skimming the horizon line, moving behind peaks and into the clouds, but never fully going down. Photographed while on a kayak trip this summer near the Karale glacier, East Greenland.

It’s falling and that means it’s time to fall with it. Cooler, wetter and very colorful up in the hills. A beautiful time to be outside.
