We stopped at Biscuit Basin after skiing up to Mystic Falls and were treated with just enough sunlight peeking through the cloudy sky to brighten the landscape on an otherwise cloudy afternoon.

The snowflakes were flying so hard that even pulling the little point and shoot camera out of my chest pocket resulted in a lens covered in snow after just a few seconds. Nonetheless I gave it a try and these were the results. A small thermal pool on a big snowy day.
