A female moose enjoying an early morning drink. This weekend we went out looking for migratory birds but, in addition, sighted several female moose in the flooded willows and streams of north park, including one that had just calved. Not bad for just being out on a Sunday drive.

Very envious. I’ve just got back from Canada and we saw bears but I was really hoping to see a moose! But I know they’re elusive fellas
