Thanks Paula, I agree the mist and fog really give a special character by adding just a bit of mysterious mood and if you can have something familiar and still have that mystery things really get good in the photo.
We had a real foggy morning this morning and after seeing your post I thought I’d give it a go with the camera. I never got to the west coast of the island but I did live in central B.C – in Kaslo, for ten years. An incredible life in the mountains which I’ll never forget. Love your misty shot!

There is something about a foggy morning that gets me out of bed at an outrageous time and out shooting. I enjoy your blog.
