Hot water flowing through the snow on a frosty morning in Yellowstone NP. Photographed while xc-skiing skiing out to Biscuit Basin on a snowy winters day.
Thanks and thanks for taking the time to give some feedback. It is wonderful how the combination of hot in a cold environment works to create a special atmosphere.
Hi and thanks, the BW as almost just how that day was…very little color at all. Hope you are having a wonderful day with a bit more color than the photo. 🙂

This is almost what my back yard looks like. Not nearly as majestic, but still lots of snow.
Thanks Maegan, this little pool always has something interesting going and this time it was a little downhill flow carved into the snow. Hope your day is going well and thanks for taking the time to give a little feedback as we really appreciate it.
Hi, winter is a wonderful time to visit if you get a chance and I hope you get that chance sometime. Thanks for taking time to check out the photo and leave a little feedback. Much appreciated.
Hi dave this little pool always draws me in the few times I have been around it in the winter even though there are more spectacular sights a stones throw away and there is something to be said for simplicity or refined complexity?

No, my day is pretty black and white, too, thanks. 5 feet of snow, where to put it all?! Thanks for the lovely presentation.

Well, summer will come soon enough and I am a bit envious of all your snow as we have not had a big storm in a long time.
