A frosty November morning out at the Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge. With the wetlands frozen over we thought the birding was going to be poor this morning but just as we were about to drive away the Sandhill Cranes arrived.

Here it is very hot for November,
Good for money because heating is off but the warm weather is creepy and not normal
Maybe now is normal!!!.

I would love to see the cranes on ice skates. They are oddly strange enough as it is on land.
