Hi Shannon, buffleheads are not the most numerous of our winter visitors but it seems each large pond has one or two.

Hi and thanks for checking us out here as well. Glad you liked the buffleheads. We always have a few hanging around each winter on our local ponds and they are so interesting to observe. We don’t have trumpeter swans anywhere near us so we enjoyed your posting of them.
