Pinhole photo of the Knud Rasmussen Glacier and incredible mountain landscape surrounding our camp in Eastern Greenland. Photographed on a kayaking trip with a Holga 120 pinhole camera on a beautifully sunny, yet mild, day last summer. Yesterdays warm weather here at home had me dreaming of a return trip this summer.

          1. I see lots of creative expression in this medium. I tend to favor “realism” but given the right situation, it can be quite appealing. Like that fresh snow/river shot you posted a while back.

          2. I like it because it relies on the basics and slowing down to actually calculate an exposure and frame a photo without a viewfinder as well as getting to do some darkroom stuff.

feedback welcome
