The light is changing up high, longer shadows on the rocks, a bit of that winter harshness. Crazy clouds swirl above Mt Evans on a weekend hike above treeline. Soon it will be time to trade the hiking boots for skis.

LOVE those clouds. I have taken some pictures of clouds like that too, I think they look like spaceships! (Not that I have ever seen one 😉 )

  Nicholas, I do think these are some crazy lenticulars. They show up fairly often here in the fall and sometimes have these crazy formation. Hope you are having a great day.
