The way of nature…
Very True.
Hello Mike, just found your Blog – and love it! Stunning nature/wildlife shots and inspired thoughts to go along with them. Just fabulous. Will be adding your site to my blogroll.
Reen, thanks for the nice comment and I am glad you enjoy the blog. It’s fun and I enjoy posting. Have a great weekend and thanks again for taking a peek.
Super photo!
Thanks, much appreciated.
Mike, This is such a cool shot. Love the colors and the look in that crab’s eyes…those are eyes, aren’t they?
Thanks, and those are indeed eyes albeit small and somewhat disguised.
Great shot of the crab!!
We suspect the carb as the meal for the sea star.
It’s tough not letting my human emotions respond to this poor thing’s plight! Great composition – that sea star sure is purple! Happy weekend, you two!
Thans Eliza.
Poor chap. Glorious shade of purple, though
Yes, ti was not a good mooring to be that crab. Since that photo was taken a disease has spread among sea-stars wiping a large percentage over the last few years. This years while up in the same area did not see a single purple colored sea-start. Hop ether are recover.
Yikes! What a moment!
unless you were the crab. 🙂
