This was on of the most gregarious Ravens we have encountered and quite interested in finding out what we were up to with our cameras. He hung around checking us out and gave us both left and right profile views. I think left profile was his best side. Yellowstone National Park, November 2015.

What a gloriously magnificent creature! You are so good at getting the clarity and crispness of the feathers, while at the same time getting focus on the eye. You are so good!

Hi, well We have to give credit where credit is due and when the subject gets nice and close and hold still it sure makes getting detail much easier. Hop your day is going well and thanks for all the kind feedback we really appreciate it.

I did years ago and have it on my book shelf. More of a crow girl. My best Raven story is the raven digging in a motorcycle saddlebag. Check it out at this link. – http://wp.me/p1d1cX-BB. Batgirl
