Thanks, the Ibis only seems to pass through and I have only seen them around Denver one time. Luckily I was able to get a few photos and I agree that the colors on these guys are awesome.
Thanks, it was a lucky capture. THese Ibis had been roosting on a fly-over and once they all woke up and fed for a bit left the area and I have not seen them back on that pond again.

HI, we only see these guys on fall and spring migration as they stop by for a short while in some of the places we like to go birding. The feathers do look wonderful on a sunny day and hope you get to experience seeing these guys some day.

Thanks, the sky was just really grey-white that day and it reflected in the water to give a very white-neutral background.
