  1. There is a crabapple tree in the center of our cul-de-sac laden with dried fruit. The robins eat them when they return in the late winter. Nothing else is available. They like worms etc as their foods of choice.

    1. Hi Jim, just like you we love to see the Robins hunting for worms in the spring and fall and it seems that once the worms have retreated from the cold these guys are not picky eaters and enjoy these dried berries and in your case crab-apples.
