Hi and the owl was having a good rest as it was morning and perhaps they had a nice night hunting and were now settling down for a good day’s nap with a full belly.
Just beautiful, I do love owls! Just a few nights ago there were two or three all calling right outside our window. Their call is so mellow and haunting.

This is so beautiful. Not to anthropomorphise, but there’s an expression on the owl’s face that looks as though it’s having a very good rest.

Hi Jet, this owl was pretty sleepy and spending the morning just off the trail so we did get a close up view and did not seem to be disturbing them.
