Listening to the light as it peeks into forests that were dark as night only weeks ago.
Hearing shadows say a new season is on the way.
Light and dark meet to melt creeks.
With brighter light comes brighter shadows.
Cold snow and warm shadows bring a treat to end the day.
nature has no boss 
No snow here. Days in the 40s have done their job. Still a bit early for growth to start showing. It could still get frozen. We shall see how it goes.

HI Jim, we are having a big melt-down this week. Mud season has begun. We do have a few buds forming on the willows and cottonwood trees in the area.
