One of our favorite winter visitors are the dark eyed Juncos. They always bring a bit of color to a cold snowy afternoon.

nature has no boss 
I used to love seeing juncos’ dark plumage against the white snow. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to snow in Northeast Ohio any more, at least not like it used to.
