Finding room to roam in the Beartooth mountains.
We all need room to roam.
Free of the goal or destination.
A place to enjoy the journey regardless of the outcome.
A place where things just happen.
There is nothing wrong with a little dirt on my choppers is there?
Unfortunately for this Red Bellied Marmot we did not have a spare toothbrush or extra floss along with us on the trail that day but that did not stop him from asking as we passed by. Photographed while hiking up Mt Evans one late fall afternoon.

Looking up valley from our previous evenings camp at Ikateq in East Greenland on a morning filled with nothing but blue sky. Well….there were a few wispy clouds.

Produced with the old black Holga while on a hike outside of Tahoe, CA on a fall day. Holga 120N camera and Kodak Ektar 400iso film printed then scanned.

Early October is a great time to out into the Colorado Mountains as it is usually very quiet. On this Hike I brought along the pinhole camera and took this shot along the slate river outside of Crested Butte. Holga Wide Pinhole Camera and Kodak Ektar film.

Fall colors and a light mist on the mountains made for a peaceful morning hike in the Mount Massive wilderness area near Leadville, CO.
It is amazing how the color of the water can change from one day to another based upon the sky. From blue to green to a deep foreboding black. This day we were greeted with a blue cloudless sky reflecting on a deep blue sea which made for a great day of paddling between Qorneq and Kuummitt in East Greenland.
