Hi and thanks would be a fair assumption perhaps some mythology somewhere had a porcupine coming to life and craping off a pine tree? Hope your day is going well.
Hi and thanks, she was hard to spot in the tree and getting the shot did require a good bit of luck. Hope your day is gong well and wishing you a great week ahead.

Ten points! So cute, would be nice to see this porcupine, but they don’t live here.

Not in Europe, but in Asia your porcupine has relatives.

They really do have sweet faces. It’s a shame about the quills. Ah, the Lord giveth, and the Lord taketh away.

We have one as a pet and she is really soft and cuddly despite the quills. 🙂

With tree and porcupine both sporting needles, you could be forgiven for thinking they were cut from the same cloth. 🙂

Love this! We used to have porcupines, but I haven’t seen one or tracks for about 3 years. Must be the mountain lion tracks and scat I see around.

What a sweet face. They really are quite docile, just want to be left alone, that’s all!

I think I have a bit of that porcupine in me in wanting to just be left alone at times. 🙂

Thanks David, we we lucky to see this girl and we seem to be seeing less and less porcupine so it was nice to see her.
