In The Rabbit Brush-sea of yellow

A corn ear worm moth spending time with one of our favorite late bloomers in the area the Rabbit Brush plant. Love the beautiful yellows of this plant in bloom and it looks like the moth does as well.

It looks like the moth is looking at you! Great! I have only experienced such a thing with praying mantis before…they are awesome to watch up close too! 😄

    1. Hi, we don’t get many praying mantis around here for some reason. The only one I saw was out in the garden. I ran into the ouse to get the camera but they were ton when I came back. Bummer.

Hope you are having a great day.

Happens so often! I have heard it said before that the best camera you have is the one you have with you. Nature doesn’t stand still, that’s for sure!
