Spring’s arrival in the Midwest is like two little kids who want to play with the same toy. They grab it back and forth from each other until one finally gives up and moves on. The cold child of winter appeared yesterday and last night pulling our weather to wind and quite cold. Days earlier it was the warm child of spring who pulled our weather to sunny and 70˚, storms and tornadoes. Alas, the back and forth will continue for weeks to come.
“When winter meets spring is a fine time of year” – a good line to accompany a beautiful sun on snow photo. We don’t have snow in Sydney and our summer is meeting autumn. I like it.
What a beautiful photograph!
