An American Robin Enjoying the fall light in a forest of mixed colors. We have tons of Robing in our area in the spring and early summer and as the young fledge they are absent until Autumn begins. Glad to see they have returned.
Such a beautiful bird, last winter a baby American Robin made his nest in the eaves of my patio. I watched him grow over four months, coming and going at specific times of the day…gone by 7 AM back by 7 PM. Thank you for the wonderful post and photograph.
Hi and you are welcome. It must have been great fun having that robin around. We have had birds nest in our yard a few times and when they grown up and leave we really miss them.
Wonderful photo!

It was fun watching the bird, esp seeing him grow from a tiny bird to an adolescent 😊
