Novembers sky is unique yet similar year to year and this year is no exception. Not quite winter not quite fall. Some trees still hanging onto their leaves while others have dropped them all. Yes, today feels like November. Crown Hill Park in Wheat Ridge, CO. Photographed using a Yashica- A TLR and Kodak Tmax 100 ISO film

Breakfast of Champions
We think Wheaties whereas Pacific Oyster Catchers prefer limpets. We have always had a hard time getting close enough to oyster catchers to get a really good photograph but this day low tide and the lure of a beach teaming with limpets must have outweighed their concern for our presence. There were two Oyster Catchers each going to town on the limpet population on this rocky beach. They would pry them up and them swallow them whole. A true breakfast of champions.
Misty Morning

Fall colors and a light mist on the mountains made for a peaceful morning hike in the Mount Massive wilderness area near Leadville, CO.
Deep Blue Sea
It is amazing how the color of the water can change from one day to another based upon the sky. From blue to green to a deep foreboding black. This day we were greeted with a blue cloudless sky reflecting on a deep blue sea which made for a great day of paddling between Qorneq and Kuummitt in East Greenland.
Sea and Sky Are One.
