Thanks Jane, we also see these busy fishing or hunting along the edge of ponds or on rocks in the river. It is always fun to capture one flying and especially have a photo in flight turn out good.
I wish I knew of somewhere more “prestigious”…but I would at least do a Birding type magazine. I have had a picture published by Birds and Blooms, and yours is by far better.
