Painted Brush

Painted brush are just so cool. They are a companion on my yearly wanderings. In spring they are blooming in the deserts and foothills and they follow me along into the high mountains in the peak of summer. So many colors, the fuzz, and the shape, I just might have to post more as the summer progresses as every new photo becomes an old friend.

One of the things that is fun about macro photography is getting a glimpse into a world you really can not see with the naked eye and all too often we forget that just because we can not see something it does not matter.

Infinite possibilites as Cottonwood leaves swirl in the breeze with Cottonwood seeds. A visual demonstration of the circle of life.
