One in every crowd.
It seems like no matter how quietly I try to kayak by and photograph Mergansers there is always one who seem to catch on to the action. Two different groups on two different days same result.
Just like that
Just a week ago it sure felt like early fall was lingering into mid-October. Well just a week later an mid-October feels just like mid-October. A light layer of clouds blanket the sky. Eyeing Berries
This American Robin is eyeing a vine filled with berries all the while eyeing me trying to discern if it is safe to make his move. After a few minutes assessing the situation this guy flew into the vine out of sight but was definitely heard feasting away on this fall bounty.
